Off to Blog-ogna

March 19, 2009

What in the world have I done? Here I am, a confirmed Luddite, who can scarcely turn on a computer or cell phone, and I’ve agreed to do something that feeds into a deep fear of mine—writing something more likely to induce sleep than to produce useful or entertaining information. But what the hell.

I even bought a BlackBerry. It has all these little buttons and icons which I’m sure are meant to do something, but all I’ve really figured out is that “all thumbs” actually means something—and it’s not good.

So, gentle readers, I’ve warned you. I’ll be writing for the next week with impressions of what’s happening at this year’s Book Fair. Between me and the BlackBerry, I’m looking forward to seeing the fair from a new perspective. Stay tuned….

I'm thrilled you're doing this. How else can I get to see what's going on? Typos and gaffs will be duly ignored.
